Return Policy

At BiaWear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within the return window specified on each product page.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within the return period (e.g., 7, 14, or 30 days) from the date of delivery.
• Products marked "No returns" cannot be returned.
• Items must be in original, unused condition with tags attached.

How to Return

Registered users can request a return from My Orders. Guest customers can request a return from the Track Order page. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and completed, refunds will be processed as per our policy. Return costs may apply.
